A Dry, Dry Summer in CT

The summer of 2020 has continued to be very, very dry, with below average rainfall here in CT. Fortunately our investment in a permanently installed underground irrigation system in the cranberry bog with pop up sprinklers has been our salvation. Right now, we are watering daily for 30 minutes just as the sun rises. This conserves the water available in our pond, as we do not want to have the drought continue and have no water source!
