We hosted 2 classes from the New Haven Sound School during the harvest. They hand harvested and gleaned berries from the sides of the bog ditches, observed and helped sort the berries from the field picked bags into the bins. Q&A covered the year round growing process, water and irrigation needs, labor, pests, wildlife, costs and marketing. The trip demonstrated hands on agriculture to city oriented students who have limited access to physically be on a farm,
